What is MyBuildingHQ?

MyBuildingHQ is a unique hosted property management tool. With MyBuildingHQ a property manager can create and publish forms for tenants, such as maintenance requests, which are traceable by both parties. Tenants's can use the resource reservation feature to book the cinema, gym, BBQ etc. all on their own. There are also communication tools such as a notice board, mailing list and automatic email notification which you will never know how you got by without!

"Oh, it's an Intranet?" Sort of. You get a similar feature set than that of a custom intranet, except MyBuildingHQ is hosted for you at a fraction of the cost, without development, installation or maintenance fees! The real benefit of course is that you can manage multiple buildings from one simple interface!

Pilot Programme
